How Does the VIP List Work?

As a VIP member, you’ll be the first to get the updates on our communities, floorplans, pricing, etc. As soon as I know, you’ll know.

When will floorplans be released?

We are making the final touches on a great selection of floorplans that will be available in this community. They will be ready soon, and you’ll get the first look.

Why don’t you have set pricing yet?

We are currently finalizing floorplans and included features. Close to the release of the available homesites, pricing will be finalized and each plan will have a different starting price.

How can I secure a lot?

By joining the interest list, you will have priority access to VIP appointments. More details will be released closer to the release of our homes by email, and we will call as well. These VIP appointments will require a pre-qualification letter from one of our preferred lenders, prior to the appointment being confirmed. Our preferred lenders information is here:
