JD Espana, Jr.

With an extensive career in commercial and residential real estate, JD has spent the last 16 years specializing in land acquisitions and project management for some of the most respected companies in the United States and in the local Atlanta market before starting his own building company. As President of Piedmont Residential, the leading home builder in Canton GA, JD oversees sales, marketing and new community acquisition. In addition, JD leads product development making sure the home plans offered meet the needs of today’s home buyer.

JD earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Political Science from Georgia State University. He is a Georgia native and resides in Marietta with his wife and two children.

Ryan Bobbitt

Ryan began his career with a regional homebuilder and has 20+  years of construction and purchasing experience. He began his career at Piedmont Residential in 2010 as Project Manager. Ryan successfully passed the State of Georgia General Contractors exam in 2014 and is actively licensed as a General Contractor. Ryan earned his undergraduate degree in Business Management from the University of West Georgia. Ryan enjoys playing basketball, golf, tennis, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Shelby Jagor

Shelby began her career with Piedmont Residential following her graduation from the University of Georgia. She started as the Sales and Marketing Admin and after two years was promoted to Sales and Marketing Manager. In her time at Piedmont Residential, Shelby has doubled the size of the sales team and added an Assistant Marketing Manager. Shelby is a member of the Professional Women in Building Association and active in the Under 40’s Professional Group, Elevate. Shelby resides in Sandy Springs with her husband and daughters.

April Anderson

With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, April Anderson joined the Piedmont Residential team in 2016. During her eight years at Piedmont, April has led the way in developing a strong and unique workplace culture. Under April’s guidance, each Piedmont employee is seen, developed, appreciated, and celebrated.

April’s commitment to Piedmont Residential, and its culture, has guided Piedmont to an industry leading retention rate for its employees. April is thankful for a company that allows her to enjoy spending time with Mike, her husband of thirty-two years, Callie and Luke, her two adult children, and Bodie, her adorable goldendoodle.
