The Retreat at Browns Ridge is a community of distinctive townhomes in Newnan GA. These single-family townhomes are available in a handful of floor plans and located in an ideal location. In each of the homes, you’ll find features such as foyers, back patios, laundry rooms, and airy open-plan layouts.

There are currently multiple floor plans under construction, which should be ready in April and May. There are also available homesites in this phase of construction, and there’s also a model home you can visit to get a real sense of what these outstanding townhomes will be like.
