About Self-Guided Home Tours
Just like homes, home tours aren’t designed to be a “one size fits all” experience. But with some help from our partner UTour, we’re able to open our Model Homes and select Quick Move-In Homes for self-guided tours that work on your schedule. Whether you’re seeking to explore a home outside our business hours, or simply prefer to look around on your own, our self-guided experiences provide an hour to tour a home, take photos, and discover if you feel right at home.
Select your Community
Browse our communities and choose the Model Home or Quick Move-In Home that moves you. (Or to see which homes offer self-guided tours, skip to the “Start Your Self-Guided Tour” section.)
Choose A Date & Time
Simply choose your desired date and time for your one-hour tour. Note that Model Homes are available for self-guided tours 7 days a week, before and after Model Home hours (7-11am and 6–9pm). Select Quick Move-In Homes are available for self-guided tours from 7am-9pm.
Verify It’s You
Verify your identity using your government issued ID or your credit card. (We respect your privacy. Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential.)
Unlock Your Tour
Once your identity is verified, you’ll receive a unique 4-digit code that you’ll use to unlock the door at any time during your scheduled tour. (For example, if you’re scheduled for 6pm, you can still unlock the door at 6:30pm.) For your convenience, we’ll also send an email or text confirmation with your appointment time and code.
Enjoy Your Tour
Walk around, snap pictures, and even jot down questions to ask our New Home Sales Consultant afterward (we’ll send you their contact info after your tour.) This is your time to picture yourself living in a Piedmont Residential home!
