2020 Greater Atlanta Parade of Homes
It’s time once again for the Greater Atlanta Parade of Homes. This is a fun and informative way to learn about the latest in home designs and neighborhoods, as well as on-trend colors and accessories for homes. This once-a-year-event is going on now, so don’t miss the 2020 Greater Atlanta Parade of Homes and get some inspiration for your next home!
For more than 60 years, the Greater Atlanta Parade of Homes puts on a great show of the latest innovations and popular styles in new home construction and interior design. Whether you’re in the market for a new home or just looking for inspiration to update your current home, this free and self-guided event is a great way to learn about what’s going on in Atlanta and the country. This year’s edition takes place June 20-21 and 27-28, with homes open for viewing on Saturdays, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. As well as being free, there’s no pre-registration, so you can start and stop wherever and whenever you want.

Another popular home design featured in the parade is the Turnbridge, located in both High Shoals and Vista Lake communities. The Turnbridge is a four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, two-story home, once again with the living area downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs, including a spacious master bedroom and ensuite bathroom. For added convenience, the laundry room is located upstairs. The main floor features a spacious open living plan with a separate dining room and kitchen that are open to the family room with an optional cozy fireplace. The breakfast area leads into the kitchen with an optional island and a large walk-in pantry.
